Do you love chocolate?
From the field to the cup!
Learn about the cultivation, fermentation and drying process on an organic/fair trade certified farm.
Then roast, peel and grind the seeds to turn them into chocolate drink and bites!
We will take through the interesting history of chocolate from 4000 years ago to present day.
You will taste the fruit, the ancient Maya drink, chocolate bites and a gourmet 70% chocolate bar!
After this experience you will never see chocolate the same way!
